Corey manages many aspects of maritime litigation and general insurance defense, including Marine Casualties, Personal Injuries, Jones Act Defense, Limitation of Liability, Salvage and Unseaworthiness claims.
Experience
Corey graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Finance with significant coursework in Risk Management & Insurance. During his undergraduate years, Cory gained working knowledge of the maritime industry while working at a marine insurance agency, yacht clubs, and marinas. Corey then attended Roger Williams School of Law, where he was a participant in the John R. Brown Admiralty Moot Court Competition and a member of the Maritime Law Society. Corey first joined the Clinton & Muzyka team as a paralegal in 2019 and continued working for the firm during his time at Roger Williams. Born on Cape Cod, Corey grew up on the water is a USCG Licensed Launch Tender Operator.
